Follow our team on an immersive tour of the Hillick & Hobbs estate vineyard, a 10+ year project that pushes the boundaries of viticulture in the Finger Lakes. Learn about what makes this region conducive to producing great Riesling, the vineyard practices implemented on our 24-acre estate, and how we craft our wines. The experience concludes with a vertical tasting of both library and current vintages of our Estate Dry Rieslings. $35, 75 minutes.

This tour celebrates the coming of age of Finger Lakes riesling by visiting the wineries of two renowned winemakers: Paul Hobbs with Hillick & Hobbs and Louis Barruol with Forge Cellars. On this tour, you will be guided by Experience! The Finger Lakes’ founder and certified sommelier, Laura Winter Falk, PhD, as she unfolds the story behind why these two renowned winemakers chose to place their stake in the Finger Lakes, and what has been the resulting impact of doing so.

Experience the Finger Lakes like never before with Falling Waters Boat Tours! This is a one-of-a-kind extraordinary boat/waterfall tour. Chartered tours launch from the bottom of the majestic 250-foot Hector Falls, followed by a scenic tour that includes views of the Hillick & Hobbs Estate vineyard, soaring shale cliffs, Seneca Pier, US Salt mining, multi-million-dollar estates and perhaps a Seneca sea serpent sighting!
